Abstract:
An audio control method and system for video advertisements. The method comprises the following steps: detecting whether a local device is equipped with an audio playback device (101); if there is no audio playback device, requesting a server to only send image data (102); and after receiving the image data sent by the server, canceling the audio and only playing the image data (103). The method and system can control audios.
