Abstract:
The present invention provides an audio gateway. The audio gateway is connected to at least one mobile terminal. The audio gateway comprises: a terminal connection module for establishing a communication connection with the mobile terminal; a processor connected to the terminal connection module, the processor is used for processing a voice or data service request sent from the mobile terminal; and a communication module connected to the processor, the communication module is used for communicating, on the basis of the voice or data service request, with an external network. The mobile terminal can select a number from the audio gateway as a number for sending the voice or data service request. The audio gateway then establishes, on the basis of the voice or data service request sent from the mobile terminal, a voice or data communication connection with the called number or the external network. A mobile terminal can use a number thereof for voice or data service communication, and can also use an audio gateway for the voice or data service communication, thereby diversifying communication methods, satisfying a user requirement for more communication methods, and improving user experience.
