Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an audio processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device displaying a first interface; when the terminal device receives an operation for a control for starting recording, the terminal device displaying a second interface, and acquiring a first audio signal; the terminal device performing sound source separation on the first audio signal, so as to obtain N paths of audio signals, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and the terminal device generating a first video and a second video, wherein when the N paths of audio signals meet a preset condition, the second video is obtained on the basis of the N paths of audio signals and a second picture, and a target audio signal is an audio signal of a target object. In this way, a terminal device performs sound source separation on a first audio signal, so as to obtain N paths of audio signals, determines the separation accuracy of the N paths of audio signals, and if it is determined that the N paths of audio signals meet a preset condition, generates, on the basis of the N paths of audio signals, a video which meets the requirements of a user.
