Abstract:
An augmented reality object generation apparatus and method using virtual cameras are disclosed. The augmented reality object generation apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an input unit for receiving a plurality of images, including an object, captured at multiple angles by means of virtual cameras; and a control unit which converts the inputted plurality of images into PointClouds to generate a three-dimensional PointCloud for each image, and which matches the generated plurality of three-dimensional PointClouds to generate a three-dimensional augmented reality object.
