Abstract:
An uneven structure having protruding portions and depressed portions is formed on the surface of a stainless steel sheet according to the present invention, wherein the average height of the protruding portions is 30-300 nm and the average distance between the protruding portions is 20-350 nm. In addition, [Cr]/[Fe], which is the ratio of the atomic concentration of Cr present in a non-metal form to the atomic concentration of Fe present in a non-metal form, at the surface of the stainless steel sheet is at least 1.0.
