Abstract:
A printed paper exhibiting a continuous tone. The printed paper is characterized in that the continuous tone is produced by varying the printing element area ratio per unit area of the printed paper for each unit area, constitutes a pattern of a photograph, a picture, or a textile, there are regions each composed of different printing elements in the pattern, the shape of each region has a design different from the pattern, and the sums of the lengths of the perimeters of the printing elements per unit area of printing element patterns constituting the regions are different from one another.
