Abstract:
An authentication server and a control method for the mobile communication terminal accessing the virtual private network (VPN) are provided by the present invention, the authentication server comprises a first store module for storing the first character information of the mobile communication terminal allowed to access; a receiving module for receiving the VPN access request message from the waiting access terminal; a determining module for determining the type of the waiting access terminal to obtain a determination result; a information obtaining module for obtaining the second character information of the waiting access terminal when the determination result indicates that the waiting access terminal is a mobile communication terminal; the first comparison module for comparing the second character information with the first character information to obtain a first comparison result; the first execution module for allowing the waiting access terminal to continuatively perform the access process when the first comparison result indicates that the second character information is same with one character information of the first character information, otherwise refusing the waiting access terminal to continuatively perform the access process. The present invention can effectively ensure the security of the mobile VPN.
