Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the burden of an invitation from an owner and to prevent invitations of impersonators or unintended third persons with regard to a guest invitation for a smart lock. [Solution] A representative guest terminal 102 requesting unlocking of a smart lock 400 generates and signs authentication information to be referenced when unlocking is requested, and transmits the information to an owner terminal 101. The owner terminal 101 verifies the signature of the representative guest terminal 102, signs the authentication information, and transmits the information to a management server 200. The management server 200 verifies the signatures of the representative guest terminal 102 and the owner terminal 101, stores the owner terminal 101 and the representative guest terminal 102 in association with each other, and stores the authentication information and the representative guest terminal 102 in association with each other. The management server 200 receives the unlocking request from the smart lock 400 and references the stored authentication information, and if the authentication of the unlocking request is successful the management server unlocks the smart lock 400.
