Abstract:
The invention is regarding the Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet installed to the toilet with Bidet of which consists of Connection passage installed to the side of Overflow Protector of which prevents the water stored in the Water Tank from flooding over, covered of its upper part by Water Valve opens and closes by the upward and downward movement of Robot hand, installed of Robot Hand Operation Panel with the Robot hand to the interior side and formed to supply the water stored in the water tank to Toilet when Water Valve is opened and Water Valve of which opens and closes with the upward and downward movement of Robot Hand and is installed to the upper part of the Connection Passage to move upward and downward when the Drain Lever is operating mutually connected by the 1st String.

Claims

[1] Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet comprising:

Connection passage for installing to the side of Overflow Protector of which prevents the water stored in the Water Tank from flooding over, covered of its upper part by Water Valve opens and closes by the upward and downward movement of Robot hand, installed of Robot Hand Operation Panel with the

Robot hand to the interior side and formed to supply the water stored in the water tank to Toilet when Water Valve is opened;

Water Valve for opening and closeing with the upward and downward movement of Robot Hand and is installed to the upper part of the Connection Passage to move upward and downward when the Drain Lever is operating mutually connected by the 1st String;

Robot Hand for connecting to the Bidet Nozzle that opens the Water Valve when the Bidet Nozzle slides backward to the back side;

Robot Hand Operation Panel for installing to the side of the Connection Passage to fixate and support the opening of the Water Valve with upward and downward movement of the Robot Hand;

2nd String for connecting both to the Robot Hand Operation Panel and the side of Bidet Nozzle;

Bidet Nozzle for connecting to the side of 2nd String and pulls the connected 2nd string in the direction of backward movement to the back side; and

Pulley for installing to the lower part of the Bidet Nozzle to support the location of 2nd String pulled when sliding backward and benefit the physical strength of the pulling.

[2] Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet according to claim 1, wherein Robot Hand

Insert Hole formed so that Robot Hand can be inserted to certain depth and the Splice with elasticity to connect the Robot Hand and the Water Valve when the side of Robot Hand moves upward and downward put into the Insert Hole in the lower part extruding outward.

[3] Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet according to claim 1, wherein body of

Robot Hand Operation Panel installed to the side of Connection Passage formed between the Fixed Part of Robot Hand installed to the Body of 2nd Robot Hand, formed with Slid Hole assisting the upward and downward movement of Moving Apparatus between the sides of the Moving Apparatus and installed of the 2nd String Bearings covering the 2nd String connected to the Moving Apparatus on the lower part; Fixed Part of Robot Hand extruded to the side, exterior and both sides, formed

with the Penetrating Hole installed of hinge to connect the Body of 2nd Robot

Hand:

Moving Apparatus installed to the sides of Slide Hole and installed of the 2nd

String to move upward and downward by the physical strength of pulling generated from Bidet Nozzle pulling the 2nd String backward while moving backward to the back side; and

Elastic String connecting the upper part of the Moving Apparatus and the Side of

Fixed Part of Robot Hand and ascending the Moving Apparatus with elasticity when physical strength of pulling generated from the 2nd String is removed after the Moving Apparatus slides downward.

[4] Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet according to claim 1, Robot Hand wherein the Body of 1st Robot Hand formed of Extruding Part built up outward to hang onto the Insert Hall in the periphery so that certain depth can be put into the Insert Hole and formed with various connecting holes that controls the elasticity of the Splice;

The Body of 2nd Robot Hand connected to the Body of 1st Robot Hand with hinge at one side and between the Fixed Part of Robot Hand with hinge at the other side and come in contact with the Moving Apparatus sliding upward and downward between the Slide Hole of the Fixed Part of Robot Hand.

[5] Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet according to claim 1, the Body of 2nd

Robot Hand wherein mentioned in Item 4 has characteristics of Bending in connecting part to the Body of 1st Robot Hand with hinge.

Description

AUTO FLUSHING ROBOT HAND OF A BIDET

Technical Field

[1] This invention is regarding the Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet. In details, when bidet nozzle is moving backward cleaning and drying the anus after users move bowels, robot hand interworking with the bidet nozzle opens up the water valve and makes water stored in the water tank to flow into the toilet bowl through drain pipe. Thus, when users operate bidet after moving bowels, anus is not dried in the condition where excrement and bad odor is contained in the toilet bowl by cleaning the anus and discharging the excrement in toilet bowl to outside simultaneously. As a result, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet resolves the problem of insanitary condition where bad odor is permeated to body of users. Background Art

[2] In general, bidet is the device installed to the toilet to clean/wash the remaining excrement by spraying cleaning/washing water to the anus or the privates using spraying nozzle after bowel movement.

[3] Those bidets consist of main body where cleaning device, deodorizers and drying device is installed, control panel where users control the operation and toilet seat where users take a seat.

[4] However, when control panel installed in the bidet was operated after bowel movement, the bidet nozzle of previous bidet moved forward to the front of toilet bowl and it cleaned the remaining excrement in the anus of user by spraying the water.

[5] When cleaning of the users' anus is completed, the bidet nozzle is moved backward to the back of toilet bowl and drying device installed in the bidet dries the wet anus of users.

[6] When drying is completed, user stops the operation of bidet and pull down the drain lever. Then, water valve connecting to the drain lever opens and water stored in the water tank flows into the toilet bowl through water supply system discharging the excrement contained in the toilet bowl outside.

[7] However, since previous bidet performs the drying stage in the condition where excrement and bad odor remains in the toilet bowl, it was unsanitary permeating the bad odor to the body of users.

[8] Also, there was problem for users where they need to take uncomfortable position of twisting their body while seated on the toilet to manually operate the drain lever to discharge the excrement contained in the toilet bowl after moving bowels. Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[9] The present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide the Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet resolving above mentioned problems in that robot hand interworking with the bidet nozzle opens up the water valve and makes water stored in the water tank to flow into the toilet bowl through drain pipe when bidet nozzle is moving backward cleaning and drying the anus after users move bowels so that anus is not dried in the condition where excrement and bad odor is contained in the toilet bowl by cleaning the anus and discharging the excrement in toilet bowl outside simultaneously when users operate bidet after moving bowels. As a result, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet resolves the problem of insanitary condition where bad odor is permeated to body of users.

[10] Another object of the present invention is to provide the Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet of which can clean the anus and automatically discharge the excrement outside simultaneously when operating the bidet so that users do not have to twist their upper body while seating on the toilet to discharge the excrement contained in the toilet bowl. [11] In accordance with one aspect of the present invention to accomplish the above objects, there is provided Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet comprising connection passage for installing to the side of Overflow Protector of which prevents the water stored in the Water Tank from flooding over, covered of its upper part by Water Valve opens and closes by the upward and downward movement of Robot hand, installed of Robot Hand Operation Panel with the Robot hand to the interior side and formed to supply the water stored in the water tank to Toilet when Water Valve is opened, water Valve for opening and closeing with the upward and downward movement of Robot Hand and is installed to the upper part of the Connection Passage to move upward and downward when the Drain Lever is operating mutually connected by the 1st String, robot Hand for connecting to the Bidet Nozzle that opens the Water Valve when the Bidet Nozzle slides backward to the back side, robot Hand Operation Panel for installing to the side of the Connection Passage to fixate and support the opening of the Water Valve with upward and downward movement of the Robot Hand, 2nd String for connecting both to the Robot Hand Operation Panel and the side of Bidet Nozzle, bidet Nozzle for connecting to the side of 2nd String and pulls the connected 2nd string in the direction of backward movement to the back side and pulley for installing to the lower part of the Bidet Nozzle to support the location of 2nd String pulled when sliding backward and benefit the physical strength of the pulling.

[12] Also, Robot Hand Insert Hole formed so that Robot Hand can be inserted to certain

depth and the Splice with elasticity to connect the Robot Hand and the Water Valve when the side of Robot Hand moves upward and downward put into the Insert Hole in the lower part extruding outward.

[13] Also, body of Robot Hand Operation Panel installed to the side of Connection

Passage formed between the Fixed Part of Robot Hand installed to the Body of 2nd Robot Hand, formed with Slid Hole assisting the upward and downward movement of Moving Apparatus between the sides of the Moving Apparatus and installed of the 2nd String Bearings covering the 2nd String connected to the Moving Apparatus on the lower part, Fixed Part of Robot Hand extruded to the side, exterior and both sides, formed with the Penetrating Hole installed of hinge to connect the Body of 2nd Robot Hand, Moving Apparatus installed to the sides of Slide Hole and installed of the 2nd String to move upward and downward by the physical strength of pulling generated from Bidet Nozzle pulling the 2nd String backward while moving backward to the back side and Elastic String connecting the upper part of the Moving Apparatus and the Side of Fixed Part of Robot Hand and ascending the Moving Apparatus with elasticity when physical strength of pulling generated from the 2nd String is removed after the Moving Apparatus slides downward.

[14] Also, Robot Hand wherein the Body of 1st Robot Hand formed of Extruding Part built up outward to hang onto the Insert Hall in the periphery so that certain depth can be put into the Insert Hole and formed with various connecting holes that controls the elasticity of the Splice, the Body of 2nd Robot Hand connected to the Body of 1st Robot Hand with hinge at one side and between the Fixed Part of Robot Hand with hinge at the other side and come in contact with the Moving Apparatus sliding upward and downward between the Slide Hole of the Fixed Part of Robot Hand.

[15] Also, the Body of 2nd Robot Hand wherein mentioned in Item 4 has characteristics of Bending in connecting part to the Body of 1st Robot Hand with hinge.

Advantageous Effects

[16] According to the present invention, it is possible to robot hand interworking with the bidet nozzle opens up the water valve and makes water stored in the water tank to flow into the toilet bowl through drain pipe when bidet nozzle is moving backward cleaning and drying the anus after users relieve themselves so that anus is not dried in the condition where excrement and bad odor is contained in the toilet bowl by cleaning the anus and discharging the excrement in toilet bowl outward simultaneously when users operate bidet after releasing themselves can be provided. As a result, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet resolves the problem of insanitary condition where bad odor is permeated to body of users.

[17] Also, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet, according to the invention, of which

can clean the anus and automatically discharge the excrement outside simultaneously when operating the bidet so that users do not have to twist their upper body while seating on the toilet to discharge the excrement contained in the toilet bowl can be provided.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [30] Based on the attached diagram, proper implementation of Auto Flushing Robot

Hand of a Bidet based on the invention is explained in details. [31] FIG. 1 is perspective view showing auto flushing robot hand of a bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 2 is side view showing auto flushing robot hand of a bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention. [32] As shown in FIG.1 and FIG. 2, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet based on the invention consists of Bidet Nozzle 60, Water Valve 120, Connection Passage 130,

Robot Hand 140, Robot Hand Operation Panel 150, 2nd string 160 and Pulley 170. [33] At first, toilet Seat 40 is provided for the users so that it can be opened and closed when moving the bowels on the Toilet 70 and Control Panel 30 of which controls the operation of bidet is installed to the side of the Toilet Seat 40. [34] In the back of the Toilet Seat 40, Water Tank 20 that stores the water to discharge the excrement contained in the Toilet Bowl 50 is installed and Lid for Water Tank 10 that can be opened and closed is installed to the upper part of Water Tank 20. [35] On the side of Toilet Seat 40, Bidet Nozzle 60 which sprays the cleaning water responding to the operation of Control Panel 30(bidet button, cleaning button or drying

button) is installed extruding in the direction outward of the Toilet Bowl 50.

[36] Bidet Nozzle 60 is moving forward to the front and backward to the back with the operation of Control Panel 30 and it is connected to the 2nd string to one side. After cleaning and drying, it pulls the connected 2nd string to the back side when it is moving backward and details regarding this will be mentioned later on.

[37] Control Panel 30 is installed with the control button to spray the cleaning water from the Bidet Nozzle 60 and control button to operate the ventilator to dry the anus of users after it has been cleaned.

[38] Also, Overflow Protector 110 is installed to the upper part of Connection Passage

130 to prevent water stored in the Water Tank 20 from flooding.

[39] In addition, on the side of Overflow Protector 110, Connection Passage 130 is installed and the Connection Passage 130 is installed to the lower part of Water Tank 20 so that it can supply the water stored in the Water Tank 20 to the Toilet 70.

[40] Connection Passage 130 is installed to the one side of Overflow Protector 110 which prevents water stored in the Water Tank 20 from flooding and covers the upper part of Water Valve 120 opened and closed with upward and downward movement of Robot Hand 140 be mentioned later.

[41] And it takes the form of cylinder so that water stored in the Water Tank 20 can be supplied to the Toilet Bowl 50 when Water Valve 120 is opened and Robot Hand Operation Panel 150 with Robot Hand 140 is installed to a interior.

[42] Water Valve 120 is installed on the upper part of Connection Passage 130 and connected to the 1st String 122 connected to the Drain Lever 11 so that it can move upward and downward when Drain Lever 11 is operating.

[44] In the extruding lower part of the Water Valve 120, there is Robot Hand Insert Hole formed so that Robot Hand 140 can be put into certain depth.

[45] Robot Hand Operation Panel 150 is installed to the Connection Passage 130 and

Robot Hand Operation Panel 150 is formed with the Body of 2nd Robot Hand 142 in one side and Fixed Part of Robot Hand 151 on the other side. Slide Hole 155 that assists the upward and downward movement of Moving Apparatus 153 and the Moving Apparatus 153 itself is formed between the sides.

[46] 2nd String Bearings 151 which covers the 2nd String 160 connected with the

Moving Apparatus 153 is installed to the lower part.

[47] Moving Apparatus 153 is installed between the sides of Slide Hole 155 and 2nd

String 160 is installed to a side. When Bidet Nozzle 60 moves backward to the back side, 2nd String 160 connected to the side of Bidet Nozzle 60 is pulled and it slides upward and downward with the physical strength of the pulling.

[48] Fixed Part of Robot Hand 151 is extruded in a side, exterior and both sides and

Penetrating Hole installed of hinge connecting the Body of 2nd Robot Hand 42 is located. [49] 2nd String Bearings 151 is installed to cover the movement range of 2nd String 160 connected to the Bidet Nozzle 60 when Bidet Nozzle 60 moves backward. 140 and the Water Valve 120 when Robot Hand 140 is moving upward and downward put into the Insert Hole formed in the Water Valve 120. [53] The Body of 2nd Robot Hand 142 is connected to the Body of 1st Robot Hand 141 with hinge at one side and it is connected to the Fixed Part of Robot Hand 151 at the other side. [54] It is formed so that Moving Apparatus 153 arranged between the Slide Hole 155 of

Fixed Part of Robot Hand 151 slides upward and outward and the one side of Body of

2nd Robot Hand 142 come into the contact when moving downward. [55] It is proper for the Body of 2nd Robot Hand 142 to form Bending in the part where it is connected to the Body of 1st Robot Hand 141 with hinge. [56] Pulley 170 is installed to benefit the physical strength of pulling at the lower part of

Bidet Nozzle 60 to prop up the operation location of 2nd String 160 pulled when Bidet

Nozzle 60 is sliding backward. [57] As mentioned above, Bidet Nozzle 60 is moving forward to the front and backward to the back side with the operation of Control Panel 30. When 2nd String 160 connected to the Bidet Nozzle 60 moving backward is pulled, Moving Apparatus 153 connected to the 2nd String 160 is pulled down. [58] FIG. 3 is side view showing for closing of water valve by auto flushing robot hand of a bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention. [59] As shown in FIG. 3, Auto Flushing Robot Hand of a Bidet based on the invention is explained operation.

[60] First, user take a seat on Toilet Seat 40 formed on Toilet 70 for moving bowels.

[61] Then, user operate the Control Panel 30 of bidet installed to the side of Toilet Seat

40 for cleaning anus after user seats on Toilet Seat 40 moving bowels. [62] When user input and control the button for bidet function installed to the Control

Panel 30, Bidet Nozzle 60 moves forward to the front to clean the anus and cleans the

anus of the user. [63] When Bidet Nozzle 60 completes the cleaning of the anus of user, Bidet Nozzle 60 returns to the its original location after drying the anus of user. [64] 2nd String 160 installed to the lower part of the Bidet Nozzle 60 moving backward is pulled by the physical strength of Bidet Nozzle 60 moving backward. [65] Due to the 2nd String 160 pulled to the heading direction of Bidet Nozzle 60 conveniently by the Pulley 170, Moving Apparatus 153 connected to the 2nd String 160 slides downward between the Slide Hole 155 by the physical strength of pulling. [66] When Moving Apparatus 153 between Slide Hole 155 slides downward, it comes into the contact with the end of the Body of 2nd Robot Hand 142 installed to the Fixed

Part of Robot Hand 151. [67] The side of the Body of 2nd Robot Hand 142 moves downward to the lower part and the other side moves upward to the upper part by the physical strength of descending. [68] The Body of 1st Robot Hand 141 connected to the side of the Body of 2nd Robot

Hand 142 thrusts up the Water Valve 120 to the upper part and opens it by the physical strength of body ascending to the upper part. [69] When Water Valve 120 is opened at the upper part, it temporarily remains to be open with the buoyancy of water stored in the Water Tank 20 and water stored in the

Water Tank 20 flows into the Toilet Bowl 50 through Connection Passage 130. [70] The water flows into the Toilet Bowl 50 through Connection Passage 130 and the water is conveniently flown in to the Toilet Bowl 50 since the Connection Passage 130 and the Toilet Bowl 50 connected together. [71] Then, excrement of user contained in the Toilet Bowl 50 is discharged outside by the water flown into it. [72] When certain period of time passes after water stored in the Water Tank 20 is flown into the Toilet Bowl 50 through Connection Passage 130, the Robot Hand 140 which opened Water Valve 120 returns to the original location. [73] Therefore, excrement is automatically discharged to outside at the moment where

Bidet Nozzle 60 returns to the original location after cleaning and drying the anus operating the bidet. [74] The invention is not limited to the implementation described above. One with the common knowledge in the field of technology pertinent to the invention can easily change the implementation of the invention without straying from the essence of the invention described in claims and the alternation is within the range of claims.
