Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiment The following is the detailed description of the most desirable embodiment of the present invention. The most desirable embodiment of this invention will be described in detail according to the attached drawings on the following and the same reference number will be used to mean the same drawing elements regardless of different drawings.

The embodiment of this invention is described as shown in Fig. 1, the leaves is fixed with the clip (1), which is formed on the forward part of a bar (2) and each bar is connected with a gear roller (3), which is formed in accordance with the border of a book and fixed into the fixing axis at regular intervals, and when the said gear roller (3) rotate in a 180-degree arc going in gear with the gear according to the movement of the moving board, the bar (2) is turned over, so the leaves is fixed with the clip (1), which is formed on the forward part of a bar (2), can be turned over exactly one by one by.

At this point, when the motor that guides the moving board (4) is made revolve in right and reverse order, the leaf, which has already turned over can be turn it back accurately, because the operating gear (5) is attached on the motor axis (10), which makes the rotary power and go in gear with the gear (9a).

The gear is formed in a straight line with the gear roller (3) and the part that the space is sufficient in a 180-degree arc, and at the moment, in case that the moving board (4) moves from side to side, one of the gear (9) on the moving board (4) or one of the gear roller (3) must be protruded in order that one gear (9) on the moving board (4)

might go in gear with only one gear roller (3).

If one is going in gear, only the gear roller (3) in gear is rotated and another gear roller (3) is not to be rotated, so that the leaves can be turned over exactly one by one by and are not turned back by the wind using clip (1).

At this point, each gear (9) on the moving board (4) has the regular space with each other, which is placed downward in layers, and the said moving board (4) is to be moved exactly horizontally from side to side.

Furthermore, in order to make the moving board (4) move to left and right, operating gear (5), which is installed on the motor axis (10), is in gear with the gear (9a) of the moving board (4), and this gearing can be accomplished in a bar level with the moving board (4) or vertically. Also, when the moving board (4) is not moving to right and left, but it is rotating, the present invention can be realized in a simple and small size while the purpose of the present invention is performed.

Moreover, each gear roller (3) connected with the bar (2) is to be rotated independently in a state of inserted into the fixing axis (6), and because other close gear roller (3) should not be revolved during one gear roller's rotation, the space maintaining apparatus (7) or washer (8) is used in order to maintain the regular space, so that the rotating power is not be transmitted to others.

The clip (1) is connected to the bar (2), which is bent according to the border of the music book, in a state of inserted by the end of a leaf and the bar (2) is bent in order to prevent from covering the book. And the location of the clip (1) is installed in layers, so that when the leaves of the book are clipped, it prevents the volume of the book from being heavy.

This kind of music stand is manufactured as a standing form, which is attached a foot button (11) that when a user presses one button between the two, a power is

perceived and a leaf is to be turned over forward or backward.

Furthermore, the flexible resistance of which the speed can be adjusted with controlling the motor volume is installed for the movement of the bar (2), so that it makes convenient for the user can control the speed of turning over the bar (2).

As Fig. 7 to Fig. 10 is the second embodiment of the present invention, the moving board (4a), which the bar (2), that is supposed to turn over the leaf fixing made rotate in a 180-degree arc, is divided into two and made move right and left combining with the speed-reducing gear (14), and the adjusting support (15), which supports the bottom of the music book and moves up and down according to the size, is installed down part of the music stand.

The moving board (4a), which rotates in a 180-degree arc the bar (2) that fixes the above-mentioned leaf, is moving right and left be means that the straight gear (17) is installed vertically on the down part of the divided moving board (4a) and made be in gear with the speed-reducing gear (14) that is combined with the motor, which changes the rotating operation of the motor into the straight operation.

At this point, the straight gear (17) is moved by a couple of the speed-reducing gear (14) that is rotating in parallel gear with the motor, so when one of the moving board (4a) is completely moved to one side, gearing between the straight gear (17) and the speed-reducing gear (14) is dismissed and the moving is smooth even though other moving board (4a) is combined and divided by pressing or pulling.

Moreover, the bar (2), which fixes and turns over the leaves by the movement right and left of the moving board (4a), is bent in order to turn over a leaf exactly by the upper side and the bent part is made short in order to move exactly.

On the other hand, the adjusting support (15), which is installed on the bottom

of the music stand and inserted into the inside of the music stand, comes out, then the clip (1) is installed in order that the length may be adjusted at the same time with the music book can be fixed. And the slide bar (16) is protruded right and left side of the adjusting support (15) and the hooking groove (18) is formed serially on a side of the slide bar. (16), so a spring is hooked on the hooking hole (19) for adjusting.

Therefore, after each leaf is clipped, playing starts, and when the player wants to turn over a leaf, a user presses the foot button (11), then a power is perceived and the operating gear (5) is rotating. After the gear of the moving board (4) is in gear with the gear roller (3), the gear roller (3) rotates, because the gear of the gear roller (3) is formed for only a 180-degree arc, the bar (2), which is connected with the gear roller (3), rotates a 180-degree arc, so it makes the leaf turned over. And since the leaf, which has already turned over, is fixed by the clip (1) and are not turned back by the wind. If the leaf, which has already turned over, should be back for a repeat mark, when the user is to press the other button, the motor operates backward in the same method to the above- mentioned way, it is possible to turn over or turn back accurately. And after turning over or turning back, the state fixing by the clip is maintained, so that it makes the perfect fixation.

As described above, the gear roller (3) is to be moved according to the moving board's movement from side to side going in gear with the gear of the moving board, so that it makes possible for a leaf to turned over and turn it back exactly.
