Abstract:
Disclosed are an auto-posting system and method for automatically generating corresponding statement data, if a receipt/disbursement or an invoice occurs. Provided according to one aspect of the present invention is an auto-posting system for automatically generating statement data, comprising: a posting type determination module which, if a receipt/disbursement occurs, responds to the occurrence of the receipt/disbursement and determines a posting type corresponding to the receipt/disbursement type of the receipt/disbursement; an item account group determination module which responds to the occurrence of the receipt/disbursement and determines an item account group corresponding to a product item of the receipt/disbursement; a statement data generation module which generates receipt/disbursement statement data corresponding to the receipt/disbursement, on the basis of the posting type corresponding to the receipt/disbursement type of the receipt/disbursement, and of the item account group corresponding to the product item of the receipt/disbursement; and a statement data storage module which stores the generated receipt/disbursement statement data in a DB.
