Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a composition for alleviating or treating a tendon or ligament disease, containing autologous and allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells; a preparation method therefor; and a method for treating a tendon or ligament disease. Particularly, tendon or ligament disease alleviation or treatment effects are exhibited by secreting collagen, an extracellular matrix (ECM) protein and various growth factors when administering the adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention to tendon diseases such as Achilles tendon disease, patella tendon disease, lateral epicondylitis, medial epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tendon disease, tenosynovitis, tendinopathy, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, tendon injury and tenolysis or ligament diseases such as cruciate ligament injury, ankle joint ligament injury and collateral ligament injury by administering the adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells alone or together with a hydrogel.
