Abstract:
In the present invention, a reagent bottle lid-opening mechanism 104 includes: a needle 300 for puncturing a lid 112 of a reagent bottle 10 that is brought into a reagent disk 9; and an alignment mechanism for automatically adjusting the position of the needle 300 relative to the lid 112 so that a needle body 105 of the needle 300 pierces the center of the lid 112. A cut 112a is made repeatedly and with high precision in the center of the lid 112. Due to this configuration, provided is an automated analysis device making it possible to precisely make an opening in the center of a lid of a reagent bottle even if the central axis of the lid has shifted from a needle central axis.
