Abstract:
An automated chip feeding device comprises a bottom plate (1), and a translational vibration base (2) and a rack (3) that are installed on the bottom plate (1). A passage (4) is provided on the translational vibration base (2). A bracket (5) extending horizontally is disposed on the rack (3). A lifting cylinder (6) is installed on the bracket (5). A lifting jig (7) linked to the passage (4) is further disposed on the bracket (5). The lifting jig (7) is connected to the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder (6). A horizontal movement assembly (31) is disposed on the rack (3). A vertical movement assembly (32) is disposed at the moveable end of the horizontal movement assembly (31). A fetching jig (8) corresponding to the position of the lifting jig (7) is disposed at the moveable end of the vertical movement assembly (32). The fetching jig (8) is used for fetching chips (100) from the lifting jig (7). The lifting jig (7) comprises a push block (71) disposed at the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder (6), and a jig plate (72) fixedly disposed on the bracket (5) and in parallel with the push block (71) in the vertical direction. The automated chip feeding device improves the precision of placement of chips and the production efficiency, and lowers production costs.
