Abstract:
Provided is an automated combined apparatus for vehicle disinfection and disinfection and sterilization of cold chain products, the automated combined apparatus comprising a vehicle rapid disinfection apparatus, a cargo conveying apparatus and a cargo disinfection apparatus, wherein the vehicle rapid disinfection apparatus comprises a spraying disinfection workshop box body (1) and a graded disinfection pipeline (5), which is arranged therein and provided with spray heads; the cargo conveying apparatus is configured to deliver, to the cargo disinfection apparatus, cargo in a transportation device that has been handled by the vehicle rapid disinfection apparatus; and the cargo disinfection apparatus is configured to perform, in a one by one manner, penetrating sterilization and disinfection on the cargo passing therethrough, and specifically performs electron beam irradiation disinfection, and the cargo that has been subjected to electron beam irradiation disinfection is output through a cargo outlet of the cargo disinfection apparatus. A reefer container is subjected to overall spraying disinfection and sterilization of constant-temperature closed six-face covering type, and frozen foods in the reefer container are subjected to penetrating sterilization and disinfection by means of an electron beam irradiation device, such that foods can be disinfected and sterilized without opening packaging thereof. The automation degree is high, and the disinfection and sterilization are rapid and thorough.
