Abstract:
An automated device for material cutting machining, comprising a base (1). Four corners of the base (1) are fixedly connected to a support (2); the support (2) is fixedly connected to a fixed plate (3); a workbench (10) is provided above the base (1); a slidable cutting assembly is provided below the fixed plate (3); four corners of the bottom surface of the workbench (10) are fixedly connected to posts (11); the upper surface of the workbench (10) is fixedly connected to a clamping assembly (12); the left side of the workbench (10) is provided with a feeding assembly; and the right side of the workbench (10) is provided with a discharge conveying assembly. The present application solves the problems that the existing devices for material cutting machining has low cutting efficiency and cannot meet quality requirements in terms of cutting precision, thus reducing product quality, and that manual feeding and discharging is time-consuming and laborious. The structural design is reasonable, the automatic operation is achieved, workpieces can be machined accurately, such that the cutting efficiency and the production efficiency are improved, the products meet quality requirements, and the technical effect of saving time and labor is achieved.
