Abstract:
An automated discharging device comprises a valve seat (8). The valve seat (8) is provided with a vertical upper through hole (8.1) and a vertical lower through hole (8.2). A spool (9) is disposed between the upper through hole (8.1) and the lower through hole (8.2) and in the valve seat (8). The spool (9) is rotatable and matches the valve seat (8). The spool (9) is provided with a connecting hole (9.1). When the upper through hole (8.1), the connecting hole (9.1), and the lower through hole (8.2) are in communication with each other, a discharging channel is formed. The automated discharging device further comprises a flushing assembly and a power mechanism used to control the spool (9) to rotate relative to the valve seat (8). The power mechanism controls opening or closing of the discharging channel. The power mechanism comprises a motor (10), an electromagnetic clutch, a cam (11), a pushing rod (12), a vertical rod (15), a connecting rod mechanism (16), a gear (17), a rotary shaft (22), and a reset assembly (13). The motor drives the electromagnetic clutch to operate. The cam (11) is mounted on and linked to the electromagnetic clutch. The cam (11) is positioned below and abuts the pushing rod (12). One end of the pushing rod (12) is connected to the vertical rod (15). The vertical rod (15) matches a guide seat (24) used for guiding. The guide seat (24) is fixed on the valve seat (8). An upper end of the vertical rod (15) is connected to an upper end of the reset assembly (13). A lower end of the reset assembly (13) is connected to the valve seat. In a natural state, the reset assembly (13) drives the spool to perform blocking between the upper through hole (8.1) and the lower through hole (8.2). Straight teeth (23) are arranged along a vertical direction on the vertical rod (15). The spool (9) is cylindrical. The connecting hole (9.1) is radially provided. One end of the rotary shaft (22) is axially connected to the spool (9), and the other end thereof is linked to the gear (17). The gear (17) engages with the straight teeth (23). One end of the connecting rod mechanism (16) is connected to the flushing assembly, and the other end thereof is connected to the rotary shaft (22).
