Abstract:

The present invention is applicable to the technical field of automation devices, and provides an automated flowerpot machining apparatus. The machining apparatus comprises a material cavity, a melting cavity, and an injection molding cavity. The material cavity is located above the melting cavity. A material feeding channel is provided at the bottom of the material cavity, and is connected to a material barrel in the melting cavity. A material mixing mechanism is mounted in the material cavity. A melted material pushing mechanism is mounted in the material barrel. A tail end of the material barrel is connected to a main pouring pipe. The main pouring pipe is connected to a branch pouring pipe. The other end of the branch pouring pipe is located at the bottom of a fixed mold. The fixed mold is fixed to the interior of the injection molding cavity by means of a fixing rod. A movable mold mechanism is mounted in the injection molding cavity, and corresponds to the fixed mold. An auxiliary demolding mechanism is provided on the movable mold mechanism. Cooling water mechanisms are respectively mounted on each of a front inner wall and a rear inner wall of the injection molding cavity. The cooling water mechanism corresponds to the position of the fixed mold. In the present invention, an auxiliary demolding mechanism is provided, thereby improving demolding efficiency, and avoiding marks from occurring on a surface of a flowerpot during demolding.
