An automated handle welding apparatus comprises a rotary handle welding table (1), a handle welding fixture (500), a handle tube opening fixed connection block weld touchup fixture (6), and a welding robot (7). The welding robot (7) comprises a robotic arm (71) arranged at a side edge of the rotary handle welding table (1) and a welding torch (72) arranged on the robotic arm (71) and used for welding a handle (560) in the handle welding fixture (500) and the handle tube opening fixed connection block weld touchup fixture (6). A handle body (561), a fixed connection block (563), and a flat short tube (562) forming the handle (560) are manually placed and fixed in the handle welding fixture (500) and are conveyed to a welding station by means of rotation of the rotary handle welding table (1). The welding robot (7) automatically performs a first time of welding, and if the fixed connection block (563) needs to be further welded for touchup or for strengthening, automated welding is again performed. The invention solves the technical problem that welding efficiency for handles of household appliances is low, and is easy to operate, thereby improving productivity.
