Abstract:
An assembly method for an electric toothbrush, comprising the following steps: S1, preparing components: providing a frame (13), a driving mechanism (40), a power supply mechanism (60), a control mechanism, a handle, and a toothbrush head (20), and causing the driving mechanism (40) to comprise a motor (41), a first contact rod (42) and a second contact rod (43); S2, assembling a core part: positioning the frame (13), snapping the motor (41) to the frame (13), then snapping the control mechanism to the frame (13), supported on and resisting the first contact rod (42) and the second contact rod (43), so as to cause the motor (41) to be in electrical communication with the control mechanism, and snapping the power supply mechanism (60) to the frame (13) and causing the power supply mechanism (60) to be in electrical connection with the control mechanism; S3, assembling the electric toothbrush: sleeving the core part in the handle, and sleeving the toothbrush head (20) on the frame (13), and fixing same on the handle, to complete assembly of the electric toothbrush. In the present assembly method, by means of the step of snapping the control mechanism and the frame (13) together, electrical connection between the control mechanism and the motor (41) is directly implemented, without requiring a step of welding electrical wires. The mounting steps are simple, and assembly is convenient and fast.
