Abstract:
Disclosed is an automated shirt sleeve slitting machine. The machine comprises a workbench assembly (1), a sewing assembly (2), an edge folding assembly (3), a sleeve slitting mold assembly (4), a foot pressing assembly (5), a travel driving apparatus (6) and a control panel (9). The control panel (9) is fixedly arranged on a rack (1-1)and is used to control the automated shirt sleeve slitting machine. The sleeve slitting mold assembly (4) comprises a sleeve slitting mold (4-2); and the sleeve slitting mold (4-2) can move in a up and down and forwards and backwards. The edge folding assembly (3) matches the sleeve slitting mold (4-2) of the sleeve slitting mold assembly (4) in order to perform corresponding folding of edges of sleeve slit cloth material. The foot pressing assembly (5) is used to finalize the shape of the sleeve slit cloth material with the edges folded by the edge folding assembly (3) and the sleeve slitting mold assembly (4) and to press and position a shirt body part corresponding to the sleeve slit cloth material, and to move the sleeve slit cloth material to a sewing hole (1-31) for sewing in cooperation with the edge folding assembly (3) on a working plate (1-3) after the sleeve slitting mold (4-2) of the sleeve slitting mold assembly (4) is retracted. The edge folding assembly (3) and the foot pressing assembly (5) are arranged on the rack (1-1) of the workbench assembly (1) by means of the travel driving apparatus (6); and the travel driving apparatus (6) drives the edge folding assembly (3) and the foot pressing assembly (5) to synchronously move in forwards and backwards and to the left and right.
