Abstract:
An automated simulation test bed for a top-coal-caving similar material, and a test method. The test bed comprises a test bed base (3), a coal rock seam simulation module (7), a coal caving simulation module (13), a material recovery module (18), an automatic stirring system (20), a central control system (19), etc. By using modular construction, each component module of the test bed can be replaced according to the specific requirements of a simulation test, such that requirements of top coal caving similar material simulation tests under different geological conditions and mining technologies are met to the greatest extent. Automated control is used, and manual operations in the process of a top coal caving similar material simulation test are reduced, thereby reducing the work intensity of a tester and the difficulty in operations thereby, and also reducing the influence of manual factors on a test result. A lifting-type structural design is used, such that the heights of the coal rock seam simulation module (7) and the coal caving simulation module (13) can be adjusted according to actual requirements, thereby meeting requirements of top coal caving similar simulation tests under different mining-caving ratios.
