Abstract:
The present invention relates to a medium-sensing apparatus. According to one embodiment of the invention, a medium sensing-apparatus comprises: a sensor for sensing the magnetism of a medium being transferred; and a pressing device for pressing the medium toward the sensor, wherein the pressing device includes at least one supporting unit having a plurality of supports for pressing the medium toward the sensor, and a resilient member for resiliently supporting the supporting unit.
