An Automated Teller Machine System having function of digit photograph, record and recognition, include at least one Automated Teller Machine System with digit camera, in which digit photograph is controlled by service mode of ATM, and service mode is selected automatically according to recognized results of facial features of transaction/cardholder. The obtained video data are stored in storing device of the system and can be searched and obtained instantly according to memory date, time or related account number.
