Abstract:
An automated test platform, comprising a station (100), a transporting and positioning mechanism (200), a robotic arm operating mechanism (300), a testing box (400), a material loading/unloading device (600), a defective product storage part (500), a protective cover (900) and a material loading/unloading trolley (700) cooperating with the material loading/unloading device (600); the transporting and positioning mechanism (200) is disposed on the station (100), and comprises a bottom plate (210), slide rails (220) and a material retrieving mechanism (230); the bottom plate (210) is provided with a feeding opening (211) and a discharging opening (212) and two slide rails (220); the material retrieving mechanism (230) is movably disposed on the slide rails (220); the robotic arm operating mechanism (300) is installed on the station (100), and comprises a robotic arm (310) and an image positioning device (320); and the material loading/unloading device (600) is located at the feeding opening (211) and the discharging opening (212). The technical solution improves the efficiency of product testing and differentiation, and has a simple structure and low cost.
