Abstract:
The present invention relates to automated wafer separating equipment for solar cells. A material loading area is controlled by a control part to transport a basket filled with wafers to a wafer unloading area, the wafers in the basket are unloaded one by one in the wafer unloading area and transported to a buffer area, the wafers are transported from the buffer area to a transferring mechanism in a wafer separating area and then are transferred by the wafer separating mechanism to a wafer loading area, the wafers are placed into a basket in the wafer loading area, and finally the basket filled with the wafers is transported to the external environment via a material unloading area, thus implementing wafer separation. By means of automated wafer separation, effectively prevented is the problem of contamination, wafer breakage, and scratching brought forth by manual wafer retrieval and wafer testing, thus greatly increasing test efficiency, achieving high-volume experiment comparison, increasing experimental accuracy, and reducing error.
