An automated wire twisting and cutting device comprises: a wire twisting unit (1) comprising a wire twisting mechanism (11) and a wire pressing mechanism (12); a wire cutting unit (2) comprising a wire cutting mechanism (21), an auxiliary wire-clamping mechanism (22) and a waste tank (23); a workbench (3); a conveying system (4) fixed to the workbench (3); and a jig assembly (5) comprising a jig (51) and a jig lifting mechanism (52), the jig assembly (5) being installed at the workbench (3), wherein the wire twisting unit (1) and the wire cutting unit (2) are fixed at two sides of the workbench (3) along a conveying direction of the conveying system (4). Provision of an automated wire twisting mechanism (11) and an automated wire cutting mechanism (21) enables the device to be operated without manual participation, thereby reducing required time and labor, and solving a technical problem in the prior art in which manual twisting and cutting of electrical wires or electrical cables is time consuming and strenuous and has extremely low efficiency.
