Abstract:
An automatic air exhaust and dust removal device for electronics production, suitable for the technical field of electronics production. The automatic air exhaust and dust removal device comprises an operation table (1), a support leg (2) fixed at the bottom of the operation table (1), a rotation mechanism installed on an upper surface of the operation table (1), an auxiliary rotation mechanism arranged at the bottom of the rotation mechanism and connected to the upper surface of the operation table (1), and a controllable positioning mechanism installed on the rotation mechanism. A dust cover (3) is installed at an outer side of the rotation mechanism. A dust removal and dust reduction mechanism is arranged at an outer side of the dust cover (3). The dust removal and dust reduction mechanism comprises a dust inlet pipe (20) and a dust suction cover (21) connected to one another. The dust cover (21) is installed on an inner wall of the dust cover (3) by means of an automatic lifting mechanism. A dust cleaning mechanism is installed inside the dust inlet pipe (20). The quality of an electronics product can be ensured by means of providing the dust removal and dust reduction mechanism such that dust can be removed, dust removal effects are ensured by means of providing the dust cleaning mechanism such that dust can be cleared, and the position of the electronic product is also adjustable.
