Abstract:
An automatic analysis device is provided with: a sample dispensing mechanism (5) for dispensing a sample in a sample container (16) in which the sample to be measured is accommodated into a reaction container (21) that mixes and reacts the sample and a reagent; a reagent dispensing mechanism (6) for dispensing the reagent in a reagent container (18) in which the reagent to be reacted with the sample is accommodated into the reaction container; a stirring mechanism (7) for stirring the liquid mixture of the sample and the reagent, which is accommodated in the reaction container (21); and a measuring unit (8) for acquiring a plurality of sets of measurement point data in the reaction process of the liquid mixture. The automatic analysis device selects one approximate expression from one or more approximate expressions for generating an approximate curve from the measurement point data, generates an approximate curve from the plurality of sets of measurement point data, calculates a shape-feature amount from the approximate curve, and performs abnormality determination using the shape-feature amount. As a result, an abnormality can be sufficiently detected from individual measurement results, and a factor for the abnormality can be identified.
