Abstract:
In the present invention, a first sample arrangement image (111) showing a top-view image of a sample placement section of a preprocessing device that performs preprocessing such as removal of proteins, and a second sample arrangement image (121) showing a top-view image of a sample placement section of an LC–MS autosampler, are displayed simultaneously on a device state confirmation screen (100). The placement positions of vials in the sample arrangement images (111, 121) are shown in circular regions (113, 122), the same vial number A1, A2, ... is assigned to a vial in which one culture medium sample is accommodated and a vial in which a sample that is a preprocessed culture medium sample is accommodated. Furthermore, the circular regions (113, 122) are displayed in different display colors in accordance with the state of progress of preprocessing or analysis. Consequently, an operator can visually ascertain, easily and precisely, the correspondence relationships between the positions of numerous vials placed in the sample placement section of the preprocessing device and the positions of numerous vials placed in the autosampler and having preprocessed samples accommodated therein, and misidentification of samples can be prevented.
