Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic analyzing device used for dispensing a sample without bringing the end of the sample probe into contact with the bottom of a reaction vessel when the sample is discharged into the empty reaction vessel, enabling longer lives of the sample probe and the reaction vessel, and enabling the sample to be dispensed with a stable dispensing accuracy.
When a sample is dispensed into a reaction vessel, a certain spacing between the sample probe and the bottom of the reaction vessel provided, a set amount of the sample to be discharged is not discharged at a time but dividedly discharged, a time for the sample discharged onto the bottom of the reaction vessel at the first discharge to wet the bottom and spread thereover is provided, and the second discharge and beyond are performed after the sample wets the bottom of the reaction vessel and spreads thereover. Therefore, the sample can be dispensed with a stable dispensing accuracy without allowing the sample probe to take part of the sample back.
