Abstract:

The present invention cleans inner and outer surfaces of a dispensing nozzle without reducing the processing speed of a device. In order to attain the aforementioned purpose, the present invention is characterized by comprising a cleaning solution supply port on a washing tank of the dispensing nozzle. More specifically, the inner and outer surfaces of the dispensing nozzle can be cleaned in a short amount of time by suctioning a cleaning solution from the cleaning solution supply port provided on the washing tank of the dispensing nozzle and discharging the cleaning solution in the washing tank. According to the present invention, the cleaning solution supply port is simply provided on the washing tank of the dispensing nozzle, and therefore the structure is easy. Additionally, the movement distance of the dispensing nozzle is shortened, so that the cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces of the dispensing nozzle can be cleaned in a short amount of time, and hence analysis can be performed without reducing the processing speed of the device.
