Abstract:
Provided is an automatic base system capable of adjusting the angle of a rotary kiln. The system comprises a high-pressure oil station (1), an electrical control cabinet (2) and a height adjustment device, wherein the height adjustment device comprises an upper bottom plate (3) and a lower bottom plate (4), which are arranged opposite each other, and multiple hydraulic cylinders (5) arranged between the upper bottom plate (3) and the lower bottom plate (4); four corners of the upper surface of the upper bottom plate (3) are respectively provided with a sensor (6); and the sensors (6) and the high-pressure oil station (1) are respectively electrically connected to the electrical control cabinet (2), and the hydraulic cylinders (5) are connected to the high-pressure oil station (1). By using the automatic base system, the inclination angle of a rotary kiln incinerator can be adjusted in a targeted manner when the rotary kiln incinerator is used for treating garbage materials with different physical properties, such that the garbage incineration efficiency is improved, the thoroughness of incineration treatment is guaranteed, and the production of secondary pollution can be avoided.
