Title:
AUTOMATIC BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/026647
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an automatic blood pressure measurement device having an autonomic nerve analysis function, which makes it possible to measure blood pressure and to examine an autonomic nerve state during blood pressure measurement without providing an electrode in order to separately acquire an electrocardiograph. The present invention comprises: a heartbeat synchronised wave acquisition means 31 which reduces the pressure of a cuff until blood pressure determination during blood pressure measurement is complete and stops a fixed-time pressure reduction following the end of blood pressure measurement, thereby obtaining a heartbeat synchronised wave for during blood pressure measurement and for while the fixed-time pressure reduction following the end of blood pressure measurement is stopped; a heartbeat cycle associated value detection means 32 which detects fluctuation of a heartbeat cycle associated value from the heartbeat synchronised waves obtained by the heartbeat synchronised wave acquisition means 31; a frequency analysis means 33 which performs frequency analysis on the fluctuation of the heartbeat cycle associated value detected by the heartbeat cycle associated value detection means 32, and calculates a frequency component ratio for a low-frequency component and a high-frequency component; and a tension level determination means 34 which determines a tension level of a subject by means of the calculated frequency component ratio.
