Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic blood sugar lowering exercise device and more specifically, an automatic blood sugar lowering exercise device that causes energy consumption through the automatic movement of repeatedly raising and lowering at a predetermined speed both legs of a user, the legs being stretched forward with the buttocks supported on a seat positioned at a certain height above the ground, and thus can effectively lower blood sugars of the user, especially those with diabetes who need blood sugar management.
