Abstract:
Automatic bone removal processing equipment for the upper half of a chicken meat slaughtered body capable of reducing the number of processing steps, switching a control system from an individual control system by a hydraulic actuator to an integrated control system by a cam, and increasing a yielding, comprising a main tact feed (11), a group of eight sets of stations, and a cam mechanism (14), the main tact feed (11) further comprising a rotating disk (12) performing an intermittent single step motion in increments of 45°through a lower drive part and eight cones (13) opposedly disposed along the peripheral part of the disk at intervals of 45°facing toward the radial outside of the disk.
