Abstract:
An automatic box making machine comprises a conveying line (1). A surface paper gluing portion (2) is arranged at one end of the conveying line, a surface paper packing portion (3) is arranged at the other end of the conveying line, an automatic positioning portion (4) is arranged in the middle of the conveying line, and a paper box forming portion (5) is arranged at the position corresponding to the automatic positioning portion (4). Four corners of a paperboard are glued to make the paperboard into a box-shape by the paper box forming portion (5); a surface paper is automatically glued by the surface paper gluing portion (2), and the glued surface paper is conveyed to the automatic positioning portion (4) via the conveying line; the formed paper box and the glued surface paper are positioned and glued by the automatic positioning portion (4); and after being glued, the surface paper and the formed paper box are folded and pressed by the surface paper packing portion (3) to complete the operation. The automatic box making machine has the advantages of fully automatic making procedure, suitability for modern production requirements, and greatly improved efficiency.
