Abstract:
This automatic brake control device (2), which activates a brake device (10) at a brake activation timing, comprises: a brain activity state acquisition unit (11a) which acquires the brain activity state of a driver; a change determination unit (11e) which determines if it is necessary to change the brake activation timing, using the brain activity state of the driver after the braking device has been activated; and a change control unit (11h) which changes the brake activation timing if it is determined that it is necessary to change the brake activation timing.
