Abstract:

The present invention provides an automatic brake device for automobile backing, comprising steel wire and wire cover coated on the steel wire. A screwed pipe is arranged on one side of the wire cover, and a protective cover is arranged between the screwed pipe and the steel wire. The protective cover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyethylene resin, 3-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 6-8 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2-3 parts of barium stearate, 8-10 parts of vinyltrimethoxy silane, 1-1.5 parts of graphite, 2-3 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 3-5 parts of flame retardant, 2-3 parts of compatilizer and 1-3 parts of lubricant. Compared with prior art, the automatic brake device for automobile backing provided by the present invention has a protective cover arranged between the steel wire and the screwed pipe. The protective cover has excellent wear resistance and toughness, does not deform after being used for a long time and has outstanding flame retardency at the same time, thereby greatly enhancing the safety performance and service life of the automatic brake device for automobile backing.
