Abstract:
A bread baking machine for use in homes and, especially, display means for display during bread baking are disclosed. The bread baking machine comprises a baking compartment having heating means, a baking mold detachably placed in the baking compartment, a kneading blade provided inside the baking mold, a motor for driving the kneading blade, control means for controlling the heating means and the motor, input means for inputting cooking conditions, and display means for displaying the residual time to cook and the time when the bread is to be baked, the display means being capable of displaying, during the cook, the residual time from the start of the baking to the input of the food material or the time when the food material is to be inputted. Since the user can know the time when the food material is to be inputted, the user can prepare the food material to be inputted.
