Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic bread maker equipped with a container into which bread starting materials are added, a main body that accepts the aforementioned container, and a control unit that performs a bread-making process once the aforementioned container has been accepted by the aforementioned main body. The aforementioned bread-making process involves a grinding process for grinding cereal grains within the aforementioned container, and a post-grinding liquid absorption process for absorbing liquid from the ground powder of cereal grains that were ground in the aforementioned grinding process.
