Abstract:

An automatic bread maker (1) comprises a main body (10) for accommodating a bread container (80) into which raw material for bread is loaded, a grinding blade (92) and a mixing blade (101) disposed inside the bread container (80), and a controller (120) for allowing bread manufacturing steps to be executed. The bread manufacturing steps include a grinding step of rotating the grinding blade (92) inside the bread container (80) and grinding grain kernels, and a kneading step of rotating the mixing blade (101) inside the bread container (80) and kneading dough from the raw material for bread that contains the ground grain kernels obtained by the grinding step. The controller (120) causes the mixing blade (101) to rotate during the grinding step.
