Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic button supply apparatus in which a positioning means is arranged to correctly position a round button through a two-point contact of the button, thereby simplifying the configuration and improving the accuracy of the apparatus. The automatic button supply apparatus of the present invention comprises: a hopper for supplying round buttons; a vibrator installed at the outlet port of the hopper; a distribution device connected to the outlet port of the hopper to transfer round buttons one by one; and a button delivery device for collecting round buttons transferred from the distribution device and fixed at the correct position, and supplying the collected buttons to a button sewing machine. The distribution device (D) includes a guide means (2) for moving a round button (200) in a linear direction; a button delivery means (4) for press-holding and delivering the round button (200) moved by the guide means (2); a button blocking member (6) for fixing the delivered round button (200) at the correct position; and a rear support member (8) for supporting and fixing, at two symmetrical points, the rear end of the round button (200) of which front end tightly contacts the button blocking member (6).
