Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an automatic call answering method, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: step 01, acquiring data of calling users, the data comprising personal data, asset data and contract data of the users; step 02, determining whether the user is a valid user according to the data of the calling user, if so, proceeding to step 03, and if not, ending the process; step 03, categorizing the users into levels according to the data of the users and forming category identifiers; step 04, classifying the users according to the category identifiers of the users and forming a plurality of class pools; step 05, assigning the users in the plurality of class pools to matching agents; and step 06, sending a pinned incoming call alert to notify the agent that a call from the user whose call has been pinned will be automatically answered in T seconds. The method can effectively increase a response speed of an agent and improve user experience.
