Abstract:
An automatic calorimeter for calorific value analysis of a sample comprises an outer barrel (1), an inner barrel (2), and an oxygen bomb (3). The oxygen bomb (3) is disposed in the inner barrel (2), and the inner barrel (2) is disposed in the outer barrel (1). A water supply stirring mechanism (5) is disposed outside the outer barrel (1) to supply water to the inner barrel (2) and stir the water. The water supply stirring mechanism (5) comprises a water exchange chamber (51) and a magnetic stirring assembly (52). One end of the water exchange chamber (51) is provided with a water inlet (511) for communicating with an external water supply device, and the other end of the water exchange chamber (51) is provided with a water outlet (512) for communicating with the inner barrel (2) to supply water. The magnetic stirring assembly (52) comprises stirring blades (521) disposed in the inner barrel (2), a magnetic transmission member (522) disposed in the water exchange chamber (51), and a magnetic drive member (523) disposed outside the water exchange chamber (51). The magnetic drive member (523) cooperates with the magnetic transmission member (522) to drive the magnetic transmission member (522) to rotate, and the magnetic transmission member (522) is in transmission cooperation with the stirring blades (521) to drive the stirring blades (521) to synchronously move to perform stirring. The automatic calorimeter for calorific value analysis of a sample has the advantages that the automatic calorimeter has a simple and compact structure, a good stirring effect, a high volume fixing precision and a high test and analysis precision.
