Abstract:
An automatic capsule machine head, comprising: a first ball screw (1), a second ball screw (2), a third ball screw (3), and a fourth ball screw (4) that are provided parallel to each other and are separately fixed on a rack by means of a bearing seat. A synchronous wheel is mounted at the back end of each ball screw; a first synchronous belt (7) is connected between a synchronous wheel (11) of the first ball screw (1) and a synchronous wheel (14) of the fourth ball screw; a second synchronous belt (8) is connected between a synchronous wheel (12) of the second ball screw (2) and a synchronous wheel (13) of the third ball screw (3); back ends of the first ball screw (1) and the third ball screw (3) are respectively connected to a first servomotor (5) and a second servomotor (6) by means of couplings (9, 10). By additionally providing servomotors on an automatic capsule machine head to drive multiple ball screws to rotate, the ball screws may be individually controlled by means of the servomotors, and the movement of the ball screws is separated from that of other parts, so that the control is more convenient. Moreover, when a problem occurs and maintenance is required, the machine head can be conveniently checked and maintained.
