Abstract:
An automatic clamping mechanism, a cloth clamping mechanism for an embroidery machine which uses the automatic clamping mechanism and an embroidery frame formed by the cloth clamping mechanism, all relating to the technical field of embroidery machines. Compared to cloth clamping mechanisms and embroidery frames in existing technology, firstly, a pressure charging apparatus drives a deformation part (25) of a plugging part (21) to be deformed or a hinge wall (22) to swing, so that a plugging unit (20) fits to a base unit (10) to fix a cloth, and no pressure mark remains on the cloth while the effect of fixing the cloth is ensured; secondly, a structure for the plugging unit (20) and the base unit (10) to be able to move relative to each other in the vertical direction and the mode of controlling clamping by means of the pressure charging apparatus provide a structural foundation for implementing automatic cloth clamping, so that the efficiency of cloth clamping is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
