Abstract:
An automatic cleaner for an air conditioner of an automobile includes an outside air conditioner cleaner (1) and an inside control-connect unit (2).The outside air conditioner cleaner (1) has an instrument panel (3) provided with a display panel (4), a command button (5), a controlling handle (6) and a display bulb (7).The inside control-connect unit (2) has an inside control unit (30), a water pump unit (32), a mixing tank unit (33), a regulator unit (34) and an air direction control unit (35). The automatic cleaner can be used for automatically cleaning an air conditioner of an automobile without dismounting too many components of the automobile.

Claims

1. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner composes of automobile's air conditioner cleaner (1 ) which is outside structure for attaching or installing with inside control-connect unit (2). At the front of automobile's air conditioner cleaner, there contains of instrument panel (3) installed. The panel consists of display panel (4) at least one panel and command burton (5) at least one button and controlling switch or controlling handle (6) at least one switch and display bulb (7) at least one bulb to display the operation of invention or received command from outside by desired or needed from user.

Its special characteristics is

Main components of inside control-connect unit (2) composes of

- inside control unit 30 which is operation control unit or electric circuit or mechanics or control program or joining of which its part connected with outside electric socket (8) and open-close switch key hole (9) with conductor wire for automobile's air conditioner cleaner ( 1 ) to operate or stop operation or send- receive command or receive-send electric power to instrument panel (3) or other connected components, and

- Water pump unit (32) composes of water pump instrument (60) which is outside structure with its inside is water pump mechanics and flowing water put for flowing in the water for flowing to outside. Part of water pump instrument (60) is air connector to pump (61 ) of which its one end connected with air in hose (62) for receiving the air flow from regulator unit (34). Another part of water pump instrument contains of good quality water connector to pump (63) of which its one end is connected to good quality water hose (64). Another end of good quality water hose (64) is connected with good quality water in connector (13) to receive good quality water from good quality water tank (14) or outside supply. Another part of water pump instrument (60), there is good quality water connector out from pump (65) of which its one side of good quality water hose out from pump (66) connected for sending good quality wter to mixing tank unit (33). - Mixing tank unit (33) composes of mixing tank (67) which is closed tank with hollow inside. Part of mixing tank (67) is to connect with one side of wastewater flowing out connector (68). Another side of wastewater flowing out connector (68) connects with wastewater out connector (16) through inside wastewater hose (69). Part of wastewater flowing out connector (68) contains of wastewater control valve (70) which is electric valve connecting with inside control unit (30) by wastewater control valve conductor wire (71) directly or connected via connecting socket (72) for receiving command to control operation of wastewater control valve (70) mange the flow of wastewater. Another part of mixing tank (67) contains with one side of air flow in connector into tank (73) connected for another part of air flow in connector into tank (73) receiving air flow from regulator unit (34) with air flow in hose to inside tank (74). Another part of mixing tank (67) contains with flowing of refrigerant that sending from refrigerant in connector (25) by inside refrigerant hose (75) through refrigerant reversed protection valve (76) to control the direction of refrigerant that flowing to separation joint (76) to be in only one way. Another part of mixing tank (67) contains with one side of fluid out joint (77) connected for another side of fluid out joint (77) connect to one side of direction joint (78) through fluid reversal protection valve (79) for fluid that flow through direction joint (78) flow in only one way. Another side of direction joint (78) receive good quality water flowing from good quality water hose out from pump (66) through good quality water reversal protection valve (80) that flowing good quality water from water pump instrument (60) for letting good quality water that flow through direction joint (78) to flow in only one way. Another part of direction joint (78) connects to air hose to joint connector (81) for letting air flowing out from regulator unit (34). Another part of direction joint (78) connects to refrigerant/cleaning water flowing connector (19) with inside refrigerant/cleaning water hose (82) for flowing refrigerant/cleaning water to outside during cleaning process.

- Regulator unit (34) composes of regulator (83) which is instrument to receive air to control and manage air pressure to be in the desired level. Part of regulator (83) connects with air pressure display panel (1 1) through inside air pressure connected tube (84). Another part of regulator (83) is connected with one side of inside pushing pressure connected tube (85) via air pressue in joint (86) for bringing one end of inside pushing pressure connected tube (85) connecting with outside flow in air connector (12). Another part of regulator (83) is connected with liquid drain out joint (87) for attaching with one end of liquid drain out tube (88) to drain out unwanted liquid from inside of regulator (83). Another part of regulator (83) is connected with one side of air direction joint (89). One side of air direction joint (89) disperses air to air reversal protection valve (90) of which one part is connected with one side of air flow in hose to inside tank (74) via air to tank joint (91) for sending air pressure into mixing tank (67). Air pressure that sent through air reversal protection valve (90) is controlled by air into tank control valve into tank (92) which is electric valve connecting with inside control unit (30) via air control conductor wire (93) directly or connected via jointly connector socket (94) for accepting command to control air to tank control valve (92) control the direction of air into mixing tank (67). Another side of air direction joint (89) is connected with one end of air in hose (62) via air into pump connector (95) for sending air pressure to water pump instrument (60). Air pressure sent through air in hose (62) is controlled by air to pump control valve (96) which is electric valve connecting with inside control unit (30) by air control ;valve conductor wire (97) directly or connected via jointly connector socket (94) for receiving command to control air flow to water pump instrument (60). Another side of air direction joint (89) is to send air to air tube reversal protection valve (98) which the other end of air hose to joint connector (81) connected via valve and air tube joint (99) for sending air pressure to another side of direction joint (78). Air pressure sending through air tube reversal protection valve (98) is controlled by air out from joint valve (100) which is electric valve connecting with inside control unit (30) by air to joint control conductor wire (101) directly or connected via jointly connector socket (94) for receiving command to let air out from joint valve (100) control the moving of air flow to direction joint (78). Another side of air direction joint (89) is connected with air through directional valve tube (102) via air out directional valve connector (103) for sending air flow to air direction control unit (35). - Air direction control unit (35) composes of air direction control valve (104) which is outside structure of which its inside part is air direction control mechanism for support the control by inside control unit (30) by connected via direction valve conductor wire (105). Part of air direction control valve (104) composes of air flow in to valve joint (106) for support the connection with another end of air through directional valve tube (102). Part of air direction control valve (104) composes of left air flow out from valve joint (107) for support the connection with another end of left air valve tube (108) for another end of left air valve tube (108) binding with another side of left air blow out connector (23). Part of air direction control valve (104) composes of right air flow out from valve joint (109) for support the connection with another end of right air valve tube (1 10) for another end of right air valve tube (1 10) binding with another side of right air blow out connector (24).

2. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claim 1 , the back of automobile's air conditioner cleaner composes of outside electric socket (8) that supported for connection with socket transmitting electric power from outside through electric transmission line for connecting with inside control unit (30) or inside control-connect unit (2) for making inside control -connect unit (2) could operate and transmit electric power to other components. There is air pressure display panel ( 1 1) at least one panel connected through inside air pressure connected tube (84) for display air pressure level of inside control- connect unit (2).There is outside flow in air connector (12) at least one connector for connecting with one side of inside pushing pressure connected tube (85) for receiving the air pressure from outside. There is good quality waiter in connector (13) to connect with good quality water hose (64) to receive good quality water from good quality water tank (14) or outside supply via good quality water hose (15). There is wastewater out connector (16) through inside wastewater hose (69) for flowing out of wastewater to wastewater tank (17) or water flow out unit installing outside and transmitting through wastewater hose (18). There is refrigerant/cleaning water flowing connector (19) that connected with inside refrigerant/cleaning water hose (82) for sending out refrigerant or cleaning water to outside directly or there is refrigerant or cleaning water'control valve (20) connected for open-close refrigerant or cleaning water while it is flowing out from refrigerant/cleaning water flowing connector (19). There is outside connector (21 ) that connected with inside control unit (30) or inside control-connect unit (2) for receiving command and sending command signal to automatic air conditioner cleaning control unit (22) for cleaning air conditioner automatically. There is left air blow out connector (23) which one end of left air valve tube (108) binding. There is right air blow connector (24) which one end of right air valve tube (1 10) connected for air flow through air direction control valve (104). There is refrigerant in connector (25) which support the connection through refrigerant reversed protection valve (76) for receiving refrigerant from refrigerant bottle (29) or from outside directly or through refrigerant control valve (26) connected for open-close refrigerant while it is flowing through refrigerant in connector (25).

3. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims

1-2, whichever claimer, automatic air conditioner cleaning control unit (22) composes of main holding base (36) which is holding frame or holding structure for attaching with holding support base (37). Part of main holding base (36), there is left air flow connector (38) which is connector of which one of its sides attached with side of cylinder (39) by left connecting tube (40) through left connector (41 ). Another side is attached with left air blow out connector (23) by hose for flowing air to push in-out axle (42) could be moved. Another part of main holding base (36), there is right air flow connector (43) which is connector of which one of its sides attached with side of cylinder (39) by right connecting tube (44) through right co;nnector (45). Another side is attached with right air blow out connector (24) by hose for flowing air to push in-out axle (42) could be moved. Part of push in-out axle (42) that is outside cylinder (39) is attaching with axle connecting base (46) strictly, or in the way that axle connecting base (46) could be moved forth-back before locking by locking knot (47) and for support the attachment of nozzle stick (48).

Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims 1-3, whichever claim, automatic nozzle (50) composes of liquid tube (1 1 1) which is straight tube as a whole or bending tube ( 1 12). One end of liquid tube (1 1 1) is closed end of which its side contains of side exit hole (1 13) at least one hole for being as exit of liquid which may be water or refrigerant. Another end of liquid tube (1 1 1 ) is connected with liquid flowing in joint (1 15) for attaching another end of liquid tube (1 1 1) connected with sending joint (1 16) to jointly bound with refrigerant/cleaning water flowing connector (19). Another part of outer surface of liquid tube (1 1 1) is formed with holding support base (1 17) which is holding base of which one of its part is hole for insertion of locking and holding with outside end of nozzle stick (48) with rolling locked stick ( 1 18) for moving forth-back by the control of automatic air conditioner cleaning control unit (22). Outer surface between side exit hole (1 13) and holding support base (1 17) is flexible tube (118) wearing for inserting with hole that is drilled of air conditioner needed to clean.

5. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims

1-4, whichever claim, lower support plate (56) composes of pressed support plate (59) which is supported plate of which its part is concave socket (57) for support the attaching of holding support base (37) directly or support the connecting of lower horizontal base (58). Part of concave socket (57) or part of pressed support plate (59), there is base electric conductor (55) at least one unit installed for supporting the clipping by crocodile clip (53).

Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claimer 1-5, whichever claimer, part of refrigerant in connector (25) contains of refrigerant control valve (26) connected for open-close refrigerant while it is flowing through refrigerant in connector (25). At the top of refrigerant in connector (25), there is refrigerant bottle cage hose (27) which is open end hose of which its inside is sharp pyramid (28) connected as opener the mouth of refrigerant bottle (29) by piercing aluminum cap which need to fill through refrigerant in connector (25).

7. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims 1-6, whichever claim, inside control unit (2) composes of sound signal transmitter

(31) that is sound production source connected with part of inside control unit (30) with conductor wire for transmit sound signal in the conditions set by inside unit control (30).

Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims 1-7, whichever claim, automobile's air conditioner cleaner (1) is to installed onto putting on structure (140) which is base structure with stand or wheel (141). Part of putting on structure (140) is base pallet (142) at least one pallet for being as base supported the pressing or putting on by automobile's air conditioner cleaner (1) or good quality water tank (14) or wastewater tank (17) or supported the hanging by hook (139) of waste suction (128) or supported the insertion of tool box (143) or supported the placing of drill (144) or supported the holding with wire support post (145).

9. Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims 1-8, whichever claim, wire support post (145) is the post that is adjusted long- short or folding upward-downward. The top end of wire support post (145) is hanging stand (148) which is expanded stick or wheel for support the hanging or folding of outside hose (149).

Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner according to claims 1-9, whichever claim, outside hose (149) is hose placing outside of which its inside is filled with conductor wire (150) at least one wire or transmitted tube (151) at least one tube for expanding the space behind automobile's air condition cleaner (1) with automatic nozzle (50) or air conditioner cleaning nozzle (1 19) or waste suction ( 128).

Another part of lower joint tank (134) is connected with draint suction joint (137) for support the connection with one end of waste in suction tube (138) and let the other end processing the suction activity as needed. Another part of lower joint tank (134) is holded with hook (139) for hanging with part of putting on structure (140) or other components that needed to hang.

With the increasing temperature nowadays, the use of automobile's air conditioner is expanded as well as to protect outside pollution, especially, dust and exhaust gas. These dust and gas, both inside and outside of the car, make car's evaporator deteriorated by blocking air flow in evaporator's coils. Dust and gas is to turn into stain and blemish attached to coils and make the hygienic state in car is demished so that the passengers are allergy.

The cleaning of automobile's evaporator is important things to get done frequently. However, cleaning process is complicated and needed to dismental many components, included car's console, instrument panels, refrigerant hoses, etc. It also takes so long time to re-install all components back and cost high expenses. It may cause some damages to the components in case that the technicians are lack of expertise. Characteristics and Purpose of this Invention

Automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner composed of air conditioner cleaner which is outside structure for supporting the installation with inside control-connector unit which cooperating with instrument panel and connecting supporter located at the back of the invention to control air pressure in or out or control the level of refrigerant in or out as a part of cleaning process. Part of automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner is supporting the attachment and installation of automatic cleaning control unit which is located outside. This unit controls the cleaning water or refrigerant to clean the air conditioner automatically. Or part of automatic air conditioned cleaner is supported the installation by water hose or air hose from outside for flowing water or refrigerant to clean air conditioner unautomatical.

The purpose of this invention is to have automatic cleaner for automobile's air conditioner without dismental or uninstalling too many automobile's components, such as, console, instrument panels, coolant hose, for instant, in each cleaning process.
