Abstract:
An automatic cleaning device for a tab of a battery cell, comprising a laser cleaning system for cleaning the surface of a tab of a battery cell, and an automatic battery cell turning over system for turning over a battery cell. The automatic battery cell turning over system comprises a turning over mechanism for implementing the turning over of a battery cell and a clamping mechanism for clamping a battery cell during the turning over process, the clamping mechanism comprising one or more clamping assemblies (1), and a driving assembly for controlling the clamping assembly to extend and retract. The turning over mechanism comprises a stepping motor (2), a synchronous conveyor belt, and a synchronous gear group (401) which is in transmission connection with the stepping motor by means of the synchronous conveyor belt. The present device cleans the surface of a tab of a battery cell by means of the intelligent cooperation of the automatic battery cell turning over system and the laser cleaning system; the laser cleaning system releases laser beams having high energy density to burn the surface of a tab of a battery cell to vaporize the residual electrolytic solution, avoiding secondary contamination, ensuring the quality of a battery cell. The automatic battery cell turning over system flexibly and accurately turns over a battery cell using a two-degree-of-freedom rotation clamping mechanism, ensuring the cleaning of both surfaces of a tab.
