Abstract:
An automatic cleaning water tank comprises a reservoir tank (1), ultrasonic or megasonic transducers (2) and ultrasonic or megasonic generators. The ultrasonic or megasonic transducers (2) are mounted on the bottom and/or sides of the reservoir tank (1). The ultrasonic or megasonic transducers (2) are connected with the ultrasonic or megasonic generators by wires.
